Registration Fees (New PRICING)
STUDENT/EARLY CAREER SCIENTISTS are considered those applicants currently registered as undergraduate, Master's or PhD students or that have completed their PhD less than 5 years ago or be within 3 years after completion of a Master's degree at the time of application. Registration includes: Ticket for the Welcome Reception and the exhibition, free lunches, Delegate bag with Conference program. Social Activities
Access to the Welcome Reception is included with your registration. You may purchase an additional ticket for the reception for $40. The Conference Banquet will take place on Thursday evening and includes a performance by the Cirque du Soleil. Tickets for this event must be purchased separately. Space is limited and tickets will be available on first come, first served basis. Cancellation Participants may withdraw their registration with a written notice sent prior to March 31, 2012 at the following address: . All refunds are subject to a $100 CAD administration fee. No refunds after April 1, 2012. Letter of Invitation
The Conference will be pleased to send an official letter of invitation to any attendee making such a request. It is understood that such an invitation is intended to help potential attendees obtain travel funds or a visa. The letter does not constitute any financial commitment on the part of the conference. Certification of Attendance All delegates will receive as part of their conference documentation a certificate of attendance. Registration Hours Registration will be located in the Viger Hall of the Palais des congrès de Montréal (2nd level).
